Afterpay: What if I want to return my order?

If you would like to return a purchase made with Afterpay for a refund, you may do so by posting it back to:

You cannot return your Afterpay order for a refund at our BLAZER store. As part of our agreement with Afterpay, the order must be posted back so the refund can be processed through the Afterpay system. We are unable to offer exchanges on online purchases.

 Once we have received your goods, Afterpay will be notified by us and if it's a full refund all future payments for that order will be cancelled. If you have already made one or more payments, the installments paid will be refunded to the credit/debit card that you used to place the order.

If it's a partial refund, the total will be amended and Afterpay will adjust your scheduled payment plan accordingly. 

Once we have notified Afterpay, they will process the refund immediately and send you an email to confirm that the refund has been applied. The bank may take 5-7 business days to process this amount.

Please note, you will be liable for all payment amounts until Afterpay receives confirmation from us that a return has been accepted.
